Open Board Member Positions

VP of Softball 
Perform duties of the President in his/her absence or disability.  Adjust/set rules specific to MFLL based on LLI rules & communicate said rules to Player Agents.  Coordinate & execute draft night with Player Agents & Coaches. Works with game scheduler to coordinate schedules for practices, games and end of season tournaments.  Work with surrounding communities to coordinate rules & game schedule for the interleague program.

Player Agents (6 openings) 
This position is a partial year position including board meetings January-July and approximately 10 regularly scheduled park police shifts May-July. Player Agents will be assigned a level that they do NOT have children playing. Player Agents can also be coaches.  These board members work directly with coaches/managers.  The Player Agent is the  liaison between the Board and Coaches/Families for their division.  Assistance is provided by the VP of Baseball or Softball, respectively, for any question or concern you cannot answer.  Additional events where attendance is required include (but are not limited to) player evaluations, draft board setup, draft nights, parent meeting, equipment & uniform distribution, coach meetings, picture day & trophy presentations at tournament time.

Scheduler - Softball
These board members are in charge of scheduling (practices, regular season games, end of year tournaments and other exceptional MFLL hosted games). Responsible for communicating any game changes with umpire coordinator, volunteer coordinator and player agents.
