Cancellation Policy

Recreation, Travel and Clinic Refund Policies

·         All refunds of registration fees, regardless of payment method, are subject to a $20 processing fee (see additional Travel Policy Below) to cover administrative costs.

·         For recreation, fall season, after August 15th there will be no refunds. 

·         For recreation spring season, after March 15th there will be no refunds.

·         Player Development Program (Challenger Clinics) refunds of registration fees, regardless of payment method, are subject to a $10 processing fee

·         The registrar must receive a written request to withdraw the player from the program before the dates listed above for each season.

·         Refunds will be issued back based on the original payment, credit back on to your credit card or by check made out to the parent or guardian of the player and mailed within two weeks of receipt of the written request for refund. 

·         Refunds for families who received a multi-child discount will be prorated.

·         Late fees are not refundable.

·         Additional fees may be withheld to cover fixed costs, including but not limited to:  field maintenance, player & volunteer insurance, uniforms, equipment, etc.  This is in addition to the processing fees.

·         For refund requests outside of those listed, a written request must be submitted and approved by the NYS Board of Directors.

·         All refunds are subject to approval by the NYS Board of Directors.

Additional Travel Refund Policies

·         For the spring travel season cancellations before January 15th will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.  After January 15th the cancellation fee is $60.  After April 1st there will be no refunds.
