Dear Presidents,
Time to register your teams for the All-Star tournament.
The first thing you have to do is go to the data center and register your league in the tournaments that you will be playing in.
Once
you have done that, you can start filling out the tournament
affidavits. To help you I have included the following: copy & paste
to your web browser.
- Bring two (2) copies to one of the meetings below. Also have on hand (if not approved in previous year)
- Three or more documents to determine residency of the parent(s) or legal guardian (court-appointed) or document to support school attendance/enrollment for each player named on the tournament affidavit.
- Verification of a valid birth certificate.
- Any waivers [i.e. II(d), IV(h), Charter Committee, etc
- The games will start on or after June 25 therefore we need all affidavits reviewed on the following dates:
- Saturday June 18 @ 10AM in Hyde Park
- Monday June 20 @ 6PM in Fishkill
- Tuesday June 21 @ 6PM in Lagrange.
Along with the paper work the following are required to be in attendance:
- The manager (or Coach)
- The President & Player agent (if they have not signed the forms and maps)
- Tournament Directors if you want a game at your home site.
We will be going over all the tournament rules.
