Welcome to the registration page for Calvary Church
Upward Basketball™ and Cheerleading

This registration process will allow you to:
  • Establish a family user account
  • Register your participating children
  • Volunteer to assist with the Upward program
  • Pay online with a credit card or by mail with a check
Please review the steps below prior to setting up a family user account and registering your children.

To register your child for Upward™ Basketball or Cheerleading:

Set up family user account:
1. Click "Register Now" button in the upper left corner of this screen
2. Enter name of the account's primary contact -NOT your child's name
3. Establish account user name and password

Register your child for Basketball or Cheerleading:
1. Following family account set up, enter child's information at New Participant screen
2. Select 2012 Basketball or Cheerleading option
3. Proceed with registration
4. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the final checkout screen to complete your registration
5. Upon successful registration completion you will receive an Order Confirmation and Receipt email

is a fun, reliable, passionate and encouraging sports experience for boys and girls, in K5 through sixth grade. Through Upward Sports®, children are exposed to quality coaching and sport development. Registration is Now Open!

Registration cost is $65.

After November 11th the cost is $75

Registration deadline: November 16th

Every participant must attend basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation. 

Evaluation/Orientation will take place at:

Calvary Church Gym

5 Tulane St.

Pueblo, CO 81005

Evaluation and Orientation Dates/Times:

Basketball:

Saturday, November 17, 2012

between 9:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m.

Come anytime during these hours. 

Cheerleading:

Saturday, November 17, 2012

between 9:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m.

Come anytime during these hours.


Evaluation and Orientation will take approximately 45 minutes and will include fittings for uniforms. 

Practices begin the week of Monday, January 14th, 2013. Practices are 1 hour a week.

Games begin January 26, 2013. Games are played on Saturdays through March 16, 2013; each game is 1 hour.

Our awesome Awards Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2013!
