Postseason Tournament Rules and Information Night

All TOC/All-Star postseason managers, coaches, tournament directors and volunteers should attend this virtual meeting to learn about important differences between regular season and postseason rules and game procedures.  District 44 Umpire-in-Chief Mark Teagle will highlight this year's rule changes, and District 44 Tournament Scheduler Kevin Kelly will cover what managers, coaches, tournament directors and volunteers need to know about playing and hosting TOC and All-Star games.
