The Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association holds the annual welcome dinner to honor the delegation from Kaohsiung. Also invited are local civic leaders and organizations to help us welcome the delegation. The dinner includes speeches by the PKSCA President, the delegation leader, and civic leaders. Included in the festivities are a Lion Dance, speeches, a visit by the Rose Festival Court, and gift exchanges.
