We offer a drop-in ultimate frisbee program for BGCNRI members. Participants register and come on the days that they are able to participate.

Our Learn-to-Play Ultimate is a clinic-based program that teaches the game to participants ages 8-15. Our youth learn how to throw a disc, catch the disc as well as the rules to the game of Ultimate.
