2021 Registration Fees:
- An initial deposit of $50.00 will be required at the time of registration to hold your spot. The balance will be due on August 2nd, 2021.
- Please contact us if you are interested in setting up a payment plan or to apply for scholarship.
2021 Refund Policy:
Due to the upfront, fixed costs of insurance, regional registrations and developing the program, we will not be able to offer any registration refunds for the 2021 season for any reasons. If you have any questions, or are in need of assistance, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Residency requirements:
All athletes must be residents in the Bethlehem community at the time of registration. If you are not a Bethlehem resident and there is not a pop warner league where you reside, please email [email protected] for consideration to be placed on a team.
Uniforms:
Uniform fees are due when we distribute uniforms the beginning of September. We will inform you of this date. Uniforms will not be distributed until we receive confirmation from the school district that we will be allowed to practice inside the schools in the Fall. If, due to COVID, we are unable to find indoor practice space for the fall uniform fees will be refunded.
ALL athletes will be required to pay a $50 uniform rental and cleaning fee. This uniform will be purchased and owned by Bethlehem Pop Warner and rented for the season.
- Tiny Mites additional required accessories: brief and competition bow, will run approximately $30.
- Jr. Pee Wee and Pee Wee additional required accessories : brief, sneaker and competition bow, will run approximately $100.
Paperwork Night/Uniform Sizing:
- Paperwork collection night and uniform sizing night is Monday August 2nd from 6-8pm at Elm Ave Town Park - first parking lot on the right.

Practices:
- Summer Practice: 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday from 6-8pm (Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm for TIny Mites) beginning August 4, 2021 at Hamagrael Elementary
- School Year Practice Schedule (Tiny Mites) : Monday and Wednesday 6-7pm
- School Year Practice Schedule (Jr. Pee Wee): Tuesday and Thursday 6-8pm
- School Year Practice Schedule (Pee Wee): Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6-8pm

Empire Classic: TBD (Early October)
Capital District Competition (Schenectady High School): October 9
Eastern Regionals (Trenton, New Jersey): November 6 & 7
Nationals (Orlando, Florida): December 4-10
