AGE CUTOFF
JANUARY 1, 2024-  ALL TOURNAMENTS  UP TO AUGUST 2024. 
AUGUST 1, 2024 -ALL TOURNAMENTS  AFTER AUGUST 2024.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY
Each player MUST have a eligible Zorts player card to participate.
Competitive  players can upload a copy of birth certificate.
Recreation players can upload a copy of report card or progress report.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds will ONLY be issued if a division have 2 or less teams and coach/team manager request to not participate in another division. 
NO REFUNDS will be issued if a team have to withdraw due to their team current situation. The team will receive an credit for the next SWSD Tournament.
Registration and/or team travel expenses WILL NOT be refunded issued due to rain or unplayable fields. The tournament will be rescheduled. 

TEAM CHECK IN
Teams should check in at least 1 hour prior to first game. If a player show ineligible in Zorts, the player will not receive a wristband to play.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
