South Troy Pop Warner will be holding registrations at the
South Troy building, located at Geer Field (83 Thompson Street) in Troy
EVERY Thursday, beginning 4/27/23 thru July.

The following items are required at the time of registration:

1.  Registration Fee – non-refundable.  ($125/participant…$50 returned with sold raffle tickets)

2.  COPY of Birth Certificate.

3.  Photo (wallet size).

4.  Parent or guardian to sign the registration form.

The following items are required by July 31, 2023:

1.  Medical Release form, which MUST be signed and dated after January 2023.

2.  COPY of June 2023 Report Card…needed by 7/31/23
