South Troy Pop Warner will be holding registrations at the
South Troy building, located at Geer Field (77 Thompson Street) in Troy
EVERY Thursday, 6:30pm - 8pm through July.

The following items are required at the time of registration:

1.  Registration Fee – non-refundable.  ($150/participant…$50 returned with sold raffle tickets)

2.  COPY of Birth Certificate.

3.  Photo (wallet size).

4.  Parent or guardian to sign the registration form and medial release form.

A COPY of June 2024 Report Card is required by July 31, 2023:
