BLUE SOMBRERO REGISTRATION PROCESS
THIS IS THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS OF ACADEMY & SELECT REGISTRATION FOR 2021-22

1. To Create an Account: Click ‘Register’ in the top right corner.
Complete all the required details to create an account.
2. To Register a Player to the System:
Once an account is created, go to the next step of ‘Add Participants’:
Complete all the following:
Account Holder 1: Primary Parent/Guardian Information
For the person using the account most often.
Account Holder 2: Additional Parent/Guardian Information
For another parent/guardian who you’d like to have access to the account.
Click on ‘Parent/Guardian’ when asked ‘Which Best Describes You?’
New Participant Information: Please be careful with choosing the date of birth, since your child will automatically be assigned to an age
group based on this information. If the DOB is incorrect, your child will not be assigned to the correct age group.
If you have more than one child to
register, click + New Participant to complete details for
the other child(ren).
Click CONTINUE
3. Register for 2021-22 US Club Competitive Tryouts
**You will choose Academy or Select Option Based on your the participants birthdate
(it will show $0 for tryouts as it is free, but you must complete and “submit” your order for the tryout registration to be complete)
STEP #4 (BELOW) WILL BE COMPLETED AFTER THE TRYOUTS ARE CONCLUDED

4. To Accept an Invite for a Place on an Academy or Select Program Team After Tryouts
In the top right hand corner of www.ssadekalb.com - click
on ‘Login’ to access your account.
If you did not register for tryouts online (if you registered
as a walk-up for example) and do not have an account, you will need to complete steps 1-3 above.
Click on the button saying ‘Accept/Decline’ program.*
* If you do not see the button in your account (next to the participant information), and you have other
SSA accounts under different user names, please
check your other accounts to see if the invite is in a
different account to the one you are logged into.
Complete all the information, accepting the waivers as you go.
You will be given a Registration Summary to review. - Click CONTINUE.
Make a selection under ‘Donation Options’
Select a payment option - pay in full (by check or CC) or pay in installments
(Please note that CC payments have a processing fee, while check payments do not).
Click ‘Submit’ to complete the process and receive a confirmation
email.
