Spring '24 NFL Flag Football League



Welcome to Spring '24 NFL Flag Football League! We are excited to have you join us!

NFL Flag Football encourages our youth to participate in fun and competitive flag football leagues with friends in their community. Our goal is to help spread the love of non-contact flag football, while helping kids develop positive attributes like sportsmanship, teamwork, physical conditioning, and self-esteem through play.

NFL Flag Football Spring League will have the following Grade divisions: K - 2nd Grade; 3rd - 4th Grade; 5th -6th Grade; 7th - 8th Grade & High School. All divisions are COED and accept all skill levels.!


League Format:

  • 7 Week Program: $150.00 Per Participant.

  • The league will include (1) Preseason practice and (6) guaranteed regular season games. Playoffs for eligible teams .

  • League will begin on Saturday, April 6th (Pre-season Practice) and go through Sunday, June 2nd.

  • Registration Deadline/Closes- March, 15th at 11:59PM. $15.00 Late Fee After March, 15th.

  • The Registration Fee includes participant, NFL Flag Football reversible jersey and NFL Flag Football belt. Note: Extra Add-On purchases, for example: Team matching gloves, socks, sleeves, shorts, etc. will be available for purchase online after registration closes and shipped to your house. Link to place order will be emailed out when rosters are released.

  • Game Dates - 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19, 6/2.

  • Games will be played on Sunday morning/afternoons; Make-ups on Saturday.

  • Teams will play 5 v 5.

  • Games are two 22 minute halves with a 2-minute halftime.

Mandatory Coaches Meeting-Wednesday April 3rd (Location Houston Rec. Center 900 Grakyn Ln)
Saturday, April 6th 1st Practice Day & Uniform Pick (NFL Jersey/Flags)
Sunday April 7th - Game #1
Sunday April 14th - Game #2
Sunday April 21st - Game #3
Sunday April 28th - Game #4
Sunday May 5th - Game #5
Sunday May 12th - Game #6
Sunday May 19th - Playoff Round
Sunday June 2nd - Playoff Round/Championship


All games will be held at Salvatore Pachella Fields 6839 Henry Ave Phila. PA 19128 Games will take place on Sunday morning/afternoons from April 7th - June 2nd.
