Sign-ups are open from January 9th, 2021 until February 21st, 2021. You will be able to sign up after this date until midnight 2/27/2021, but there will be an additional $25 late fee per participant signed up late for each league minus 14U.

Please keep an eye out for further dates to pick up your tickets. The registration fee includes a $25 raffle ticket fundraiser that you will get back if you sell your raffle tickets.  For families with 3 or more children in the program, your fundraiser fee will be automatically waived for your 3rd + child. 

If you would like to be a coach, please register online as well under the registration info tab.  
REGISTRATION INFO>VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. You can also register to be a coach at the face to face sign up. Coaching positions are not guaranteed. It will be based on the number of teams. There are board and trustee positions open. Field Crew is a Must. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Teams will be drafted randomly
- The coach and one assistant coaches children will be placed onto the same team.
- Siblings can be placed on the same team, but we do not place children on teams due to ride sharing.
- Carlisle Ponytail has the ability to refund your money and/or place your child in a different league based on the needs of the organization.
