CYSC Members,

Thank you for your patience as we have navigated Covid-19 and trying to get our kids back on the field playing.  Please know we hold the health and well being of our kids and their families in the highest regard.

Back in July we made the decision to cancel the season due to Phase 1 guidelines.  The feedback we got from our members is that over half of parents were not willing to sign up their kids if we required the use of masks. Without the use of masks, training and games cannot happen.  We felt the risk to our kids and volunteers was too much to facilitate the fall season.

Any non-sanctioned activities outside of CYSC are not covered by insurance and will not be supported by CYSC.   The club has worked hard to get where we are and will continue to follow the rules set forth by the Oregon Health Authority, Governor Brown's office, and Oregon Youth Soccer Association.  We urge all of us to do our part so we can hopefully move forward to Phase 2 and get the kids back on the field!
