Welcome to Fall 2010 registration! 
 
Blue Sombrero has made several improvements to the registration process so we hope it becomes easier with each new registration period.

If you are new to Westboro soccer, please click on the "register now" option and create a family account under a parent's name.  After going through that process, you will need to click on the "add individual" option to add each of your children to the family account.  After this is done, click on "register now" again and it will give you the appropriate age divsion for which you can register each of your children.  Click on the box to confirm the divsion and then you will be able to finish the process.  BE SURE TO GO TO THE SHOPPING CART FOR CHECKOUT - YOUR REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE PLACED ON A TEAM IF YOU HAVE NOT GONE TO THE SHOPPING CART TO FINISH THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.  IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM BLUE SOMBRERO IMMEDIATELY AFTER REGISTERING, THERE EITHER WAS AN ERROR OR THE REGISTRATION WAS NOT COMPLETED.  TRY A SECOND TIME AND IF YOU STILL CAN'T GET IT TO WORK, CONTACT THE REGISTRAR AT u10u14registrar@lazers.org

If you are returning to Westboro Soccer, and already have a family account, log on to that account and then click the "register now" option.  That should give you the divisions for each of your children and you should be able to complete the process.  As stated above, please be sure to finish the registration by going to the shopping cart for checkout.  Your registration is not complete if you do not receive an email from Blue Sombrero confirming your registration.

This is not a perfect system - please do not hesitate to contact the registrar if you think anything has gone wrong in the process!!

Please note for U10 to U18:  the age cutoff for soccer divisions is a bit different than our school cutoff dates.  If it appears your child is placed with the wrong division, please finish the process and then send the registrar an email regarding your child's placement.  In the fall children can play up or down with their grade if their age places them in a different division, but the spring season is more strict.

 REGISTRATION FOR ALL AGES  OPENED ON JUNE 4, 2010 -See fees below:

GU10, GU12, GU14, BU10, BU12 and BU14 teams have been formed and registration is now closed.  Please contact the registrar with any questions or to see if there have been any openings.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PLAYING HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER, PLEASE CONTACT THE REGISTRAR BY SEPTEMBER 5TH - WE CAN ONLY FORM ADDITIONAL TEAMS IF WE HAVE ENOUGH PLAYERS.

U5, U6, U7 and U8      -   $75 plus $15 late fee from 8/15/2010 to 9/22/2010.

U10, U12, U14                 $90 plus $15 late fee from 7/1/2010 to 8/31/2010 -                                         REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED. 

U18 -                            -  $90 regular registration from 6/22/2010 to 9/7/2010

All checks should be sent to: WYSA, PO Box 79, Westborough MA 01581.  If you elect to pay by check, please submit your payment promptly as your child will not be considered registered until payment is received.  If your child is registering for high school level soccer and trying out for a high school team, payment is not required until you know if they make a high school team at the end of August.

Please remember when entering your child's grade to insert the grade your child will be entering in the fall.

The season will run from Saturday, September 11, 2010 to Sunday, November 7, 2010.  Please note the following:

 U5 to U8 - Pre-K to Grade 2 will play in town only.  Games are on Sundays.  We are changing the t-shirts this season to hopefully keep costs lower.  If you ordered a shirt in the past, you may use that one.  If a shirt is needed it should be ordered at the time of registration.  Players can wear any pair of black shorts.

U10 to U14 - Grade 3 to Grade 8 will travel.  Games are on Saturdays.  Uniforms, if needed, should be ordered at the time of registration.

U18  - High School teams will travel.  Games are on Sundays.  Please note that a full uniform is not required for high school- t-shirts only should be ordered at the time of registration and any black shorts of your choice can be worn. 

PLEASE CONSIDER VOLUNTEERING YOUR TIME - THIS CAN BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME AS YOU REGISTER YOUR CHILD.    WYSA THANKS YOU IN ADVANCE!! 

 Refund Policy - WYSA has developed the following refund policy:

 Refunds shall be awarded to those registrants that have either moved from Westborough or are medically unable to participate prior to the start of the fall/spring season for which you are registering.

 

Families demonstrating a need may apply for a scholarship.  At the end of the registration process, please indicate you will be paying by check and then send a request to the registrar at u10u14registrar@lazers.org. Your request will be kept confidential and your privacy will be respected.
