Monroe SAY Soccer is seeking referees for the fall soccer season. Adults and youth age 12 and up are eligible to referee after completing a training course. It’s a great way to learn more about soccer, get some exercise, and earn some money on Saturdays from August 23 until mid-October. The training course for the fall season will be held Thursday, August 7 from 6-8pm at the Monroe Community Room (basement of the city building) and Saturday, August 9 from 9-Noon at Monroe Crossings Park. The fee for the course is $15.00. You will need to purchase a referee uniform before your first game consisting of a shirt, shorts, socks, whistle, and referee cards, but we can direct you to some vendors that sell them at a discount.

If you took the course in the spring or served as a referee in the spring, then you do not need to repeat the course, but will need to attend a refresher meeting on August 9 at 10:30am at Monroe Crossings Park.

About Our Club

Monroe Soccer Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is currently part of the Miami Valley South Soccer Association. MVS represents 10 SAY Soccer Districs in the greater Middletown area. The 10 Districts are Carlisle, Clinton-Massie, Franklin, Lebanon, Madison, Middletown, Monroe, Springboro, Valley View and Waynesville. Monroe, like the other nine districts, voluntarily belongs to MVSA for convenience of playing other nearby districts, but the Monroe Soccer Association reserves the right to move to another Soccer body if we feel it is in the best interests of MSA.

In Person: Saturday, May 10th,2014 10:00 am – 12:30pm at Monroe Library Community Room 2 East Avenue, Monroe
Fee: $70 per player 5yr old and up, $60 for Instructional 3 and 4 year olds Cost Includes Uniforms, $10 discount for each additional child Late Sign-up: $20.00 per player additional fee for late sign-up.
Registrations received after May 11th, 2014 will be placed on the waiting list. There is no guarantee of team placement if you sign up late.

 3rd Annual Soccer Camp, hosted by the Monroe High School Boys and Girls Coaches and players. $25 and includes a camp t-shirt.

Come to the in person registration date to see uniform samples.  

**Please note: if registration numbers are low, the age groupings may change without notice **

Practices will be at Monroe Crossings.
3,4,&5 year old divisions all game will be at Monroe Crossings.
Passers- If enough teams to play in house then all games will be in Monroe Crossings.
Wings, Strikers, Kickers Home Games will be at Monroe Crossings. Away games will travel.
Fall is a 10 game season.
