GU11 Thrill win at Jackson Summer Classic

Congratulations to TRYSC GU11 Thrill who won their division at the Jackson Summer Classic this past weekend.

After going undefeated in the group stages the girls faced Wall S.C in the final. After an excellent game of youth soccer, the score was tied at 2-2 and the game went into a penalty shootout.

Noah Smith proved to be the hero of the day saving two spot kicks with Jillian Conklin scoring the winning penalty in emphatic fashion for a fantastic, well deserved victory.

Well Done Girls!!!

TRYSC First Annual Golf Tournament

Uniforms and Sweat Suits

Our club has resolved all uniform and sweatsuit issues. Warmups, bags and socks that were recently ordered will arrive this week. You will be contacted when they arrive. Coaches and parents can order soccer gear by clicking on the SoccerCorner.com link on the left side of the page. If you are looking for uniforms, sweatsuits or bags, please contact the equipment manager, Mark Nigro at tryscgear@comcast.net.

Fall 2010/ Spring 2011 Registration - NOW OPEN

All members of TRYSC should have received a postcard reminder for next year's registration. The cost for all new players is $175.00. The cost for returning players is $175.00 before May 9, 2010. After May 9, 2010, the cost for returning players will be $195.00. Your registration fee includes $75.00 in raffle ticket money which is yours to keep when the tickets are sold.

Uniform Order Information

Coaches & Parents:

The link for ordering uniforms and other gear for the fall 2010 season has been closed and the orders are being processed. This needed to be done to ensure that delivery of those items that were ordered would be complete prior to the start of the season. If anyone still needs or wants to order uniforms, warm-ups, cleats, etc., it must be done through your team's coach. Coaches should collect the orders as well as a check for the payment and forward them to the club Equipment Mgr., Mark Nigro. Please try to get any orders in quickly as the longer you wait the less chance you have of delivery prior to the beginning of the season. Checks should be made out to

TRYSC-Uniforms with the player's name and "uniform" in the memo.

Orders will not be processed unless payment is received with the order

There are two separate order forms, one for the current Adidas "Sereno" uniform and one for the new Adidas "OF" uniform. There is also a price list and size chart for each kit. Please make sure that you use the order form for the specific uniform your team is wearing. Most of the U8 and U11 teams are wearing the new "OF" uniform and the rest of the club is wearing the "Sereno". There are pictures of the uniforms and gear on the sizing charts.

The bulk order will be delivered in late August. We will make every effort to include the late orders but cannot guarantee it. If anyone has any questions, please contact the club Equipment Manager:

Monthly General Meetings - Friday, July 24, 2009

Each month our club holds a general meeting to share club, league, state youth soccer, and tournament information with all involved in Toms River Youth Soccer, coaches, parents, etc. We have very low attendance throughout the year and most teams do not know what is happening within the club. Our monthly meeting is a way to communicate relative and important information to guarantee the success of our club. These monthly meetings typically last an hour.

U9 Girls Spirit Succeed at Pinelands Tournament

The Spirit girls competed in the Pinelands 1 day Tournament yesterday and won all three games. The training that we received from Simon has really started to pay off as the girls moved the ball easily around their opponents in all three games.

We are very proud of their accomplishments.

IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY PLAYING U13 AND ARE LOOKING TO TRYOUT FOR A NEW TEAM FOR THE FALL U14 SEASON , WE ARE HOSTING TRYOUTS ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS AT 6:30PM AT SHELTER COVE IN TOMS RIVER. THE TRYOUT TIMES MAY VARY SO PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR CONFIRMATION AHEAD OF TIME. WE ARE CURRENTLY IN FIRST PLACE IN NAT'L 2 AND WILL MOST LIKELY MOVE TO NAT'L 1 OR PREMIER NEXT SEASON. At this point FIELD OPENING at Shelter Cove is scheduled for 9am Saturday Sept 3rd. If this event will be cancelled, notice will appear here at 7:30am saturday morning.

CLOSED means the fields are closed for all practices, scrimmages, games and training unless approved by the Head Coach or Referee Assignor.

PENDING means the fields are currently being reviewed and the web will be updated as soon as a decision is reached.

If you are practicing at our fields, you must be assigned a practice area and use the practice area assigned to you.

Game fields may NOT be used for practices.

For MOSA, fields are checked 2 hours prior to the first game then updated on the web.
