Welcome to the HOSA - Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association registration site!
Register and pay on this site for all our programs, including, Hilliard FC, Recreational, GOYSL, MSSA, TOPS, and for Junior Academy.
Online registration for programs is now very simple. Please follow the directions below:
First-time Member:
- All families new to this site will need to create a new account. Please log-in as a first-time user (upper left hand corner of this screen).
- Fill out your contact information.
- Create an username and password. (Keep this for future access to your account). You will receive an email stating you are in our system - THIS IS NOT the order/registration for a program confirmation so please continue the steps to register your child for the program(s) you are interested in.
- Fill out your child's(ren) information and click on "next". This will take you to "Available Programs". Please complete this by clicking on the program you are wanting next to your child's name.
- After completing the registration process, you will receive an email confirming that you successfully registered and if you do not then you will need to go back in and complete the process.
Already a HOSA Member:
- Click on "Register Now" (upper left hand corner) to bring up available programs for your child(ren).
- After completing the registration process, you will receive an email confirming that you successfully registered and if you do not then you will need to go back in and complete the process.
- Please do not register as a first-time user once you have one account with us.
General Information:
- Never leave an order in the shopping cart or stop midway in the accepting a spot on a tryout team- your order is not complete and the system will not process it - you will not be registered for the program. You know you have completed the process once you make payment and you receive an email confirming the registration for program.
- If you have a child(ren) in the Hilliard FC program and another child in a different program (HRSL - Rec, GOYSL, or Jr. Academy) then please pay for them separately - do not keep them both in the shopping cart at the time of payment. Remove the Hilliard FC one and pay for the child playing in either Rec, GOYSL, or Jr. Academy - once you are done completing the payment process for the Rec, GOYSL or Jr. Academy child then go back and put Hilliard FC player in shopping cart and pay for that player(s). The system does not handle well a player in the Hilliard FC program with a player in another HOSA program.

- Please keep your primary account email address current in this system. That is the email address we will use to communicate with you.
- There are no requests of any sort taken.
- There are no refunds given once a child is registered.
Registration for Coaches:
- IMPORTANT - When registering to volunteer as a coach please make sure to put an email address that you check daily and also one that can handle bulk emails - some work environments have filters blocking bulk emails.
- Check your SPAM folder daily in case any of the HOSA bulk emails go there.
- If your last name differs from the player you are wanting to coach than please fill in the player's name when prompted in the volunteer registration area. The system does not match you up automatically.
- Please put down the coach you are wanting to coach with when prompted.
- If you are going to coach more than one team we will do our best not to have any game conflicts but you may have to rely on an assistant coach at times to coach a game where you may have a conflict.
Fees for:
TOPS: U5-U19 $10.00 per season
Recreational: U5 $45.00 per season, U6-U12 $70.00 per season
GOYSL: U8-U12 (6th grade) $130.00 per season
Junior Academy (FKA Little Paws) U6-U7 : $90.00 per season
Late registrations have an additional cost of: $15.00.
By registering for any Hilliard Ohio Soccer Association (HOSA) program, you agree to allow publication of photos taken at any program or event associated with the Hilliard Ohio Association (HOSA) unless you notify us in writing at the time of registration.
