Registration is now open for the 2013 CCSA recreational soccer season. The information from previously registered players should still be there if you use your login from last year. You will need to add some limited medical information - if your response to the requested information is 'none' please put that in the box so that your registration can proceed.
The 2013 Copper Country Soccer Registration Night is this Monday, April 22nd from 6:00-7:30 at the Houghton High School Library Computer Lab for those needing assistance registering online. Attendance is not required-simply register online at coppercountrysoccer.org by using the registration link at the top of the page.
Friday April 26th is the final night for online registration for players ages 12-18 only however all players may be registered at this time. Any upper division registrants paying by cash or check must pay by this date. Credit card Payments for players received after 4/26 will go on waitlist.
During registration please consider donating toward Hurontown grass field and family spaces development-each and every dollar counts and will be used toward making the playing fields this year. The first phase of building is complete-2 ADA unisex bathrooms are built with the capacity to add on the concession, storage, and meeting space.
Be sure to answer the following questions completely:
-If you are interested in coaching, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
Current coaches please note: equipment may be returned to the CCSA at this time or contact a board member for further instruction.
-Indicate if there are dates you know your player will not be available. Please note that it is important that you indicate if there are times that you know you will be out of town. In order to be involved in playoffs, each player must play in 60% of the regular season games.
- Please indicate whether your player is interested in playing goalie if in an age group that ask this question (14+).
- If you want to request that your player to be moved up a year, please email Andrew Storer (
storer@mtu.edu) explaining the reasons for the request. We cannot guarantee that requests will be granted - the board will focus on what is best for the player and for the organization.
Once you complete the registration be sure to go to the checkout to pay, and then log out of the system.
Note: CCSA may grant a 50% refund of the registration fee if the refund request is received by April 30 for ages 12 and older or by May 30 for ages under 12. After these dates, CCSA is unable to issue refunds for any reason.
The deadlines for registration are:
12-18 years old: April 26
4-11 years old: May 20
Estimated season dates are:
12-18: (Mid May - early July)
4-11: (July to Mid September)
