Augusta FC sources our registration software through an outside provider called Blue Sombrero! If you have never registered with us before, you will need to create a new user account by clicking the “Register“ button at the top right. Please read all of the information below before logging in!
You must create an account before you can do anything in the registration software. Please be aware that creating an account does not cost anything. You will only be charged if you register a participant(s) for an available program.
If you do not have an account, but wish to be notified of upcoming registration events, please create an account so that you will receive future emails.
Also be aware that our primary method of direct communication with you will be through this software via email. Please keep your account information up to date and especially your email address.
Winter Indoor Registration Information
Augusta FC offers a winter indoor league each winter. This is a game
only league with no coaches or practices. Games are played 5v5 (1 goalie
& 4 court players) on a basketball court with out of bounds and no
wall play. Games are fast paced and fun and reward ball control and
quick thinking. Games will follow official futsal rules and will be
refereed. The program is open to all U9 through U18 players.
Although you register individually, this is a team based program. Please round up a group of between 6 to 9 players. When you register, there is a field to enter your team name. Individuals are also encouraged to register and will be placed on teams with open spots on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see the website for more information.
Rec League Registration Information
Please be aware that there is a separate age group division for each of our four locations. PLEASE make sure you select the correct location.
Registrations for all rec league programs will be taken on a first-come first-served basis so, register early! This applies to waitlist registration as well.
Registration for each season opens following the end of the previous season. Dates will always be posted on the website and emailed to all registered users.
Registration will remain open for approximately 5-8 weeks. Registrations are taken up to a limit per age group at each location. When registering, select the division that corresponds to the age group(s) of your player(s). Each of our four locations has all of the age groups. Any age group at a particular location that is full will no longer show as available. In this case, you can either choose to waitlist for that location or register at another location that is not full. DO NOT register for a younger or older age group.
There is no charge to register on our waitlist. You will not be asked to pay unless your child(ren) is accepted off of the waitlist.
Current registration fees are $55 (U6), $70 (U8 & U10), $75 (U12 & U18).

Travel Registration Information
Travel registration occurs twice each year. We require all players intending to tryout in May for the following Fall/Spring seasons to pre-register for tryouts. If you are accepted to a team, you will then be required to remit payment to guarantee your roster spot.
There is a second registration and payment in December for those players rostered to U11-U14 teams playing during the Spring season. These dates will be communicated in the travel team section under programs on our main website. Please be aware that, for the U11-U14 age groups, your child is committing to two travel seasons and registration and payment happens twice (May & December).
For pre-registration tryout, please create a new account, or log into your existing account and register for the appropriate travel age group. Please remember your account information as you will need to log back in if accepted to a team.
Following the registration process for any program, you will have the option to pay by credit card or by check/other. If you are paying by check, make it out to “Augusta FC” and mail to us at PO Box 714, Fishersville, VA 22939.
Payment for any program that is not received by the close of regular registration will result on that registration being cancelled. Any registration that is cancelled will require re-registration during the waitlist period if available, or may result in no option to play.
A late fee of $15 will be added to any registration received after the close of regular registration. This includes all waitlist registrations. There is no charge for waitlist registrations unless and until a player is placed.
All requests to cancel a registration and for a refund must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund, less a $20 processing fee, will be issued if requested prior to the first practice (rec & travel programs only). A 50% refund will be issued if requested prior to the first game or session (all programs). No refunds will be issued for any requests made after the first game or session unless approved by the executive board. All refunds are issued by check and may take 2-3 weeks to process.
Rec league uniforms are included in the cost of registration. No information is required from you during registration. Travel team uniforms are handled differently each season depending on whether the club is replacing all travel uniforms. These details will be communicated each season along with other registration details.
