About Us

Welcome to the Chartiers Valley Junior Colts Youth Football and Cheer Website! We are a non-profit youth organization that has programs for K-6 youth football and K-6 youth cheer. Our teams participate as part of the South Hills Youth Football League (SHYFL).

Mission Statement:
Chartiers Valley Youth Football and Cheer Association is dedicated to the growth and development of youth football players and cheerleaders in Kindergarten through Sixth-Grade. Our mission is to develop the fundamentals of football and cheerleading, to encourage participation in team sports, and to support our football players and cheerleaders as they stay active and have fun.

Vision Statement:
To accomplish our mission, we will encourage positive attitudes, promote healthy lifestyles, and instill work ethic, discipline, and perseverance. We believe that these traits will help our young children develop the leadership skills and confidence necessary to be successful on the field and off.
