Practice Schedule

We will begin practice on Wednesday, April 18, at 6:30pm and

it will be at Hoover Elementary School (located on Levan Street, between 5 and

6 Mile).

Please remember the league rule is for all shorts/pants to not have pockets.

This is a safety precaution, so fingers are not caught as children are running

by. This year the rule has changed and the League will not allow us to tape

pockets down at the game. This would be acceptable during practice, but again

not at the games. If you are looking for shorts without pockets, you may try

Dunham's, Kohl's, or Dick's Sporting Goods (look in soccer or basketball

section).

Every child must also have a mouth piece at practice and at games. These are

easily lost, so I would personally recommend buying a few to have on hand. If

you would like to leave an extra mouth piece with me, please place in a ziplock

bag with your child's name written on it.

I would also like to remind everyone to bring a bottle of water to the

practices and games as well. The League does not allow sports drinks on the

fields, it must be clear liquids only.

The League should have provided three (3) forms to everyone, which are the

"Parents Code of Conduct", "PCA Parent Pledge", and

"NFL Flag Player Registration Agreement". If everyone could bring

these to the first practice on Wednesday, it would be appreciated. This is a

League requirement and are mandatory for me to turn in before the first game. I

will have extras at the practice on Wednesday if you did not receive them or

were unable to open the attachments.

Our first game is Sunday, April 22, at 3:00pm, at Steven's High School, on

field #3. Please plan on arriving a minimum of 30 minutes prior to each game.

This will allow us enough time to get everyone's belts on and stretch prior to

the game. I will bring a copy of the schedule for the games to this practice.

I will also be handing out a snack/drink schedule at the first practice as

well. I will provide both snack and drink for the first game, but would like

volunteers to provide either one for the future games.
