Please register your child for the Wadsworth Upward Basketball or Cheerleading Program using Blue Sombrero. You will be able to pay with a credit or debit card. Should you need to mail in a check for payment, please mail to: The Chapel, Wadsworth Campus Upward Basketball Program 1391 State Rd. Wadsworth, OH. 44281. Checks should be made out to: The Chapel Please Write "Upward" on the Memo line. Registrations are confirmed after the checks have been deposited for payment. Please Note: Once registered a fee of $30.00 per child will be charged for cancellations No refunds will be provided after November 4, 2011.
