Soccer Individual/Small Group Training Clinics
- Soccer 1 on 1 Individual Training (Ages 7-18)
An American Soccer Academy professional trainer will work with the individual, field player or Goal Keeper, and customize a position specific training program that will assess the player's needs and give attention to detail that can not be achieved in a larger group training atmosphere. The situational and positional specific training will review the demands the individual player faces in the course of formal matches and address the elements needed to excel. A portion of the individual training will introduce agility and speed exercises pertinent to the player's specific needs.
- Small Group Specific Training (Ages 7-18, 2-8 players)
American Soccer Academy is pleased to offer Small Group Specific Training sessions as our professional soccer specialists understand that there are technical and tactical aspects of the game that can't be given the proper attention during both Team and Individual training sessions. This form of training can be beneficial as a progression from the 1 on 1 individual training program as well as for group positional training (i.e. midfielders, defenders, and/or forwards.) The small group specific training program will implement focused training with low coach to player ratios and will highlight the Dutch method of learning emphasizing 1v1, 2v1, or 2v2 situations. A portion of the individual training will introduce agility and speed exercises pertinent to the group's specific needs
