Your Clearances must be submitted to the
Clearfield Soccer Association
BEFORE
your first practice!

All Coaches 16 years and older NEED the Following (which are valid for 5 years):

PA State Police Clearance: https://epatch.state.pa.us
 The fee has been waived for volunteers. The results will be instant

Child Abuse Clearance: https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
 The fee for this one has been waived as well. Takes a couple days to come back.

If you have NOT lived in the state of Pennsylvania for the past 10 years, you will need to also get an
FBI Criminal History Record. For this clearance you will need to submit a full set of fingerprints to the PA state police.

 If you HAVE lived in the state of Pennsylvania for 10 years or more, the Act 153 Volunteer
Affidavit needs to be filled out (and notarized). There is a link to the affidavit below.

Coaches 16 years and older for U8 to U19 also need to complete the following.

-SafeSport
 The 90‐Minute SafeSport™ Core training is an initial training requirement, an additional refresher training is   required every 1 year.
 Please contact CSA's safety coordinator for the access code to this training.
