The Southside Trojans Youth Football program is a subsidiary of GESA, Inc. and our mission is to help our community and youth by offering community based sports programs that will invest in our youths’ spiritual, mental, physical and social well-being. Spiritual principles, personal development, academics, athletics, community service and career exposure will be the core elements we use. We believe…
• That every young person is entitled to an opportunity to be successful
• That athletics can provide valuable life lessons and access to educational, civic engagement and career opportunities
• That financial obstacles should not be allowed to be a barrier to a young man’s pursuit of his love for athletics and his need for appropriate training.
• That young people learn to lead by leading and understand their value by being valued.
• Greatness in sports should be defined by a student-athlete’s service to his community as much as for his stats on the field of play.

With these principles and ideals in mind every step of the way, we plan to groom the next generation of fathers, mothers, doctors, lawyers, teachers and community leaders of the next generation. Our sports programs will only be a 40% of who we are and what we do, as we will also offer various academic programs, community service, and social engagement programs. Make no mistake about it, we are the most comprehensive youth development program in Clayton County!
