The hierarchy of communication if a need arises goes as follows:
1. Talk to the coach of your team privately. Schedule an appropriate (if necessary) time and place to discuss any issue.
2. If the issue can not be resolved between you and the coach, please reach out to your applicable Director of Coaching.
