Congratulations on becoming a part of the 2016-2017 Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club (AEVC) season. We are excited to get all your athletes into the gym for practices and preparing for the 2017 tournament season. Prior to practice starting, we will be having commitment night on Wednesday, November 9th, 2016 at our facility, Atlanta Volleyball Academy. On this evening, you will have an opportunity to speak with your coaches for this season. In addition to your coaches, we will have several people on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Also on this evening, you will be filling out all needed paperwork and submitting your $500 deposit. Along with your $500 deposit, you will need to bring a debit/credit card to be put on file for your monthly tuition payments. If you choose to pay in full on commitment night, you will receive a $100 discount off the total tuition for your athlete.

There will be a table set up for volunteer sign-ups and for fundraising information. We will be asking for parents/guardians to volunteer for Team Parent Representative, Team Chaperone (if applicable), and for anyone interested in being on the AEVC Board. For fundraising this season, we will be doing a Media Guide for all of our teams. Make sure to stop by the Fundraising table to pick up more information on this.
We will NOT be having our Uniform fitting this evening but we will have lots of AEVC and AVA spirit wear for sale and most will be at discounted prices. Uniform fitting will be on a later date and we will give you advanced notice of this date (if it is on a date other than a schedule practice/event in the gym that your athlete is attending). Since there is no uniform fitting, you are not required to bring your athlete with you but this is a great chance for them to meet some of their teammates and coaches prior to practices starting.
All team registration time slots are listed below. If you are unable to attend during your designated time slot, you are welcome to come at another listed time slot but may not have the opportunity to speak with everyone and/or meet other members of the team.
