• These additional training options are open to all North United players active in the fall season
• You can simply show up to the sessions
• Please note that the Sunday sessions are scheduled consecutively for those players that wish to attend either SAQ or 3rd Night (or both)

• Sport Specific Speed, Strength, Agility Trainer
