Registration is accepted in the order received. $300 payment due with registration to hold a spot and $450 balance due by July 1st. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If full payment of $750 is not received by July 1st, your team will be replaced by the next in line with full payment received.

Register by Mail (for each team)
- Fill out the Registration Form
- Mail the Registration Form along with a check made out to the Dexter Lacrosse Association for $300 (deposit) or $750 (full amount) to:

- Fill out Team Roster and email it to [email protected]
- Have Each Player Fill out the Waiver and Concussion Awareness Form. They can be turned in at the tournament.
