The 2016 Music City Sports Festival is right around the corner. We are excited to announce that once again DICK'S Sporting Goods will be an integral part of the Music City Sports Festival, hosted by George Plaster -- and we want to invite YOU! The event is Saturday, June 4th and Sunday, June 5th at the spectacular Downtown Music City Center. DICK’S Sporting Goods will be featuring some new, exciting things.

VENDOR DISPLAYS

The Wilson X Beta Tour – In January ‘16 Wilson kicked off its mobile beta tour with demo events for influencers & fans in the Bay Area gearing up for Super Bowl 50. Participants will get to throw the ball for themselves in a fun, immersive experience designed to showcase the Wilson X’s many features. They’ll get a Wx rating and as the tour progresses, they’ll be able to see how they rank against other demoed fans on the tour. From there and leading up to the ball’s Fall launch, the Beta Tour will demo thousands of fans in Chicago around The Draft as well as camps, high schools, and retailers across the country. Throughout the summer, fans will be invited to participate in challenges, promotions and the opportunity to get their Wilson X early.

YOUTH SPORTS CLINICS

The Festival contains tons of activities for the family (sports speakers, interactive games, equipment demos, etc.), but we want to extend a SPECIAL offer to you regarding our FREE youth sports clinics. By registering your child for one or more of our clinics, you also gain FREE admission to the Festival for a family of 4 (participant plus 3, must enter together). The clinics feature high-level instruction for ALL skill levels in a WIDE VARIETY of sports (from football, to volleyball, to archery). They are designed to offer the opportunity for kids (ages 5-18) to try something new, but also provide detail for advanced players. Above all else-- they are FUN!

DICK'S Sporting Goods will be partnering with Showtime Sports Academy to host the baseball and softball clinics. The staff is comprised of college and professional coaches/players who make learning the game fun and educational. DICK’S will also be working with K3 Training and TNLAX to host the youth football and girl’s lacrosse clinics.
