Administrator Position Available

Job Summary  

Redoubt Soccer Assn.  (RSA) is seeking an Administrator to assist RSA Leadership Team in overseeing our recreational program through the development of innovative and high quality initiatives and high levels of customer service.  RSA seeks an effective administrator who will serve as the primary administrative coordinator for all of RSA. This position is responsible for the organization and administration of a variety of typical office management and administrative support duties.

Work schedule can mostly be done from home on computer and occasional face to face meetings during preseason planning.  Once season starts candidate will be available on weeknights during practices from 5:45- 8:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays for the  first 3 weeks of practice to help parents, players and coaches with beginning of season opportunities. Candidate will also be available for game days on Saturdays from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM to assist parents, players and coaches.

Duties and Responsibilities  

Assist in the administration and planning for a variety of RSA programs, including: registration, customer service, education, risk management, scheduling of volunteers, and disbursement of uniforms, supplies and a variety of other functions:  

  • Assist Registrar with all aspects of program registration, including online system administration, player allocation and team formation and excellent customer service
  • Aid Uniform Coordinator with coordination of uniform process RSA’s alternate contact for uniform related issues
  • Organize and help recruit RSA recreational coaches
  • Organize the recruitment process of players thru flyers, signage, and technology

Additional Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate volunteers for all RSA activities
  • Other duties as required and assigned  


  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office)
  • Excellent organizational skills  
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and public speaking and to provide a high level of customer service  
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task effectively

  • Must pass a background check and Drug screen

Compensation is paid on a per player basis for number of recreational players registered per season.
