Lee Blenman

Coach Blenman has served as SGU Director of Coaching since the club formed in 2009. Prior to that he was Director of Coaching for Valdosta/Lowndes Soccer Club (07), Academy Director for Tallahassee United Futbol Club (05-07) and a staff coach for Atlanta Concorde Fire (03-05). Originally from England Coach Blenman has been involved in coaching all levels of youth soccer including at Leyton Orient’s (English Football League) Centre of Excellence. Coach Blenman has served as the Assistant National Team Coach for the Cayman Islands Women's Program and is currently the Head Coach of South Georgia’s ODP program; a GSSA Staff Instructor and a member of the GSSA Select Committee. He holds a NSCAA Premier Diploma, USSF 'B' License, NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma, USYS National Youth License, Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma and English FA License. He is married to Louisa with two sons Robert and William.

Coach Joslin is originally from England. He played for Stevenage Borough and the South of England before being offered a soccer scholarship at Thomas University. In 2002 Coach Joslin became the Thomas University Assistant Coach before moving to Virginia Intermont College to take up a similar position. In 2007 Coach Joslin became the Head Coach for the Women’s program at VIC and took the team to the National Championship. Coach Joslin currently teaches at Deerfield Windsor in Albany where he is also the Head Boys and Girls coach. He also served as Assistant Coach at Valdosta State. Coach Joslin holds a NSCAA Premier Diploma, USSF 'B' License, Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma and is a staff coach for the Georgia ODP. He is married to Brandy and has two children Haleigh and Gareth.

Robbie Peterson

Coach Peterson is the new UFA South Georgia Boys Select Director. He has been coaching youth and High School soccer for over 15 years. He teaches and serves as the Boys varsity Coach at Cairo High School and as Director of Sports Operation for 116 Sports Ministries. Coach Peterson played at Parkview High School all four years. He then went on to play two years of college soccer. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. He also holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Educational Specialist degree in Brain-Based Learning. Coach Peterson currently holds a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, US Soccer National "C" license and NSCAA Goal Keeping Level 3 Diploma. He is married to Jennifer and has three children: Kinley, Kyley, and Brantley.

Coach Jenkins has been involved with club soccer for nearly 10 years. He started out coaching with the Thomasville YMCA before moving on to Thomas Area SA where he became the Academy Director for 3 years, then the Director of Coaching for TASA for 2 years. Coach Jenkins holds the USSF 'D' License (Plans to attain the USSF 'C' License and National Youth License). He still actively plays in the Cairo Hispanic League and travels with a tournament team out of Tallahassee, FL. He is married to Amanda and has one daughter Isabel.

Coach Voyles was a highly decorated player. He achieved All-American status at Auburn University-Montgomery and went on the player professionally in the Icelandic 1st Division and with the Wilmington Hammerheads of the United Soccer League. He is currently teaches at Thomas County Central HS where he also serves as the Boys varsity coach. Coach Voyles holds a USSF ‘A’ License and is a member of the Georgia ODP Coaching Staff. He is Married to Bonny and has two children Noah and Mikayla.

Coach Crawford played NJCAA Soccer at South Georgia College and then graduated from Valdosta State University. He has a B.S. in Middle Grades Education from Valdosta State and a M.S. in Kinesiology and Coaching Education from Georgia Southern University. He also holds a USSF National 'C' Coaching License and is a current USSF Certified Referee. He has been coaching with South Georgia United since the 2012 season. He lives in Valdosta with his wife, Leslie.

From Fall 2014 Coach Brian Dawkins is the new SGU South Recreation Director. Coach Brian brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He currently holds a USSF D License and has coached with SGU since it founded in 2009; prior to that with VLSC. Coach Dawkins has coached two teams to President's Cup State Championships and promoted two teams to Athena A. He has also served as Valdosta MS and Lowndes HS Assistant Coach. While serving as Lowndes HS Assistant Coach the school won 3 straight Region titles.
