How To Wear Shin Guards
New Page 10
Shin guards, completely covered by socks, are required at all games as well as at CYSA practices. Properly worn shin guards go on first (1),
followed by the sock, which is pulled up to the knee (2),
then folded down (3).
Proper use of shin guards is for the safety of the children. This is a requirement at practice as well as at games.
Proper Soccer Cleats
New Page 11
Examples of allowed soccer shoes.
Un-cleated shoes and turf shoes also allowed.
Baseball cleats (molded or metal) with a toe cleat are dangerous and not allowed on the soccer pitch!
