Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for payments made for a full week or payments that cover three (3) individual days of camp. Refunds will not be given for one or two days of camp or deposits made for summer sessions. Notice must be given one week prior to camp to receive a refund. After camp starts no refunds will be given. All refunds will incur a $50 processing fee.
Privacy Policy: Agnes Scott College respects your privacy and will never release your contact information or credit card information.
Early Drop-off/Late Pick-up: Early drop-off: 8-8:30 a.m. add $5 per camper
Late pick-up: 4:30-5 p.m. add $5 per camper.
Late Pick-up Fee: Additional Fees will be charged if the child is not picked up by 5 p.m.
Late Registration Fee: All walk-up registrations and campers registered online after 11:59pm Saturday night for the upcoming camp week will incur an additional $50 late fee.
Discount/ Coupon Code: Any misuse of discounts or coupons codes will be corrected and the balance will have to be paid before your campers session.
