Pride Teams Successful at Sunbelt Tournament

Several Pride Teams had a fantastic start to their spring seasons this past weekend at the Sunbelt Classic in Pueblo.  The club had three teams win the championship medal and three take second place.  Copa 03 Girls won the U11 Gold division beating Westminster 1-0 in the final after losing to them in pool play earlier in the day.  Red 03 Girls won the U11 Bronze Division on points.  After losing their first game, they went on to win their next three by a combined aggregate score of 12-1.  Elite 04 Boys narrowly edged out Select 04 Boys in the U10 Boys Division taking first and second place, respectively, after both teams went undefeated on the weekend.  United 01 Girls took second in the U13 Girls Silver Division losing to Trebol in a well fought game in the finals. United 03 Boys also took second in the U11 Boys Silver Division after losing a heartbreaker in finals 2-1.  Congratulations to all the Pride Teams and well done on your accomplishments.
