Welcome to the 2017 RBA Season,
We will be having a MANDATORY walk in Registration on March 4th at City Hall.
We need someone from every family to attend. If at all possible please complete as much of this process at home online as you possibly can so this will speed the process along.
At the Walk in Registration we will need the following things:
Volunteer Deposit - $100 per family. EVERY family must turn a deposit in this year (coaches, board members, EVERYONE). Please provide a check dated for May 20, 2017.
Raffle Deposit - $50 per Player.
Registration Fee – If you did not pay online already this will be due
Monies owed from last year – If you have an outstanding balance owed from last year from either registration or from not turning in a volunteer check and not volunteering this will be due also.
Your child will NOT be considered fully registered until all these things are done.
We are working on having the photographer or at least a table with their product there that day so everyone can see what they will have to offer on picture day.
Evaluations will also be taking place on this day for 10u and up so please make arrangements to bring your child and their equipment.
Here are the times we would like you to be there:
T-Ball
8:30am to 10:00am
8u
10:00am to 11:30am
10u
11:30am to 1:00pm EVALUATIONS are now also
12u
1:00pm to 2:30pm EVALUATIONS are now also
14u & 18u
2:30pm to 3:30pm EVALUATIONS are now also.
****These are just guidelines. You will not be turned away if you come at a different time. We understand there are other sports going on and people have more than one child. Kids playing school ball can still sign up now also.
