The Arsenal U-8 boys team defeated Manchester 7-1 in  their second meeting to remain undefeated.  Five different players scored goals.

Arsenal could barely put a full team on the field at game-time.  Nevertheless, even with a makeshift lineup, Arsenal quickly jumped to a two goal lead, scoring five times in the first half.  Manchester managed one goal in the 7th minutes of the half, but barely threatened the rest of the way.

Relentless defense kept Manchester at bay the rest of the way, aided by excellent work by backup keeper, Layton Chandler.  Excellent passing in the second half resulted in two more goals for Arsenal.
