Woohoo!! Our first game is on Saturday, 09/09/2017 at 08:30 AM in Wagsdale park!

A quick reminder that the coaches need the following documents prior to game on Saturday for all the players to be able to play. (Please remember to bring them on Saturday if you haven't already given us!)

1) Player Registration Form x 2 (1 each for the two coaches)
2) Signed Parent/Athlete Concussion Information Sheet x 2
3) Signed Parent's Code of Conduct Sheet x 2

#1 and #2 can be printed out from your player's registration website for AYSO1455.
I will have several copies of #3 at the first game just in case.
