COACHES' MEETING:

All OGS coaches are required to attend the pre-season Coaches' Meeting that is always scheduled two (2) Tuesdays before the scheduled Uniform Night (please reference About-Sport section to discover the Uniform Night of interest).

At the Coaches' Meeting, each coach will receive his/her coach folder with all necessary content (roster, schedules, info sheets, rules, etc) to help you through the season.

COACH PRACTICE MANUAL:

Each coach will also receive a Coach Practice Manual as a supplement throughout the season.  The Coach Practice Manual is a great tool for any new/beginner coach who has little to no knowledge about the game. The manual provides a 7-week practice outline with explanations and visuals for a fun low-stress practice. 

COACH CLINICS:

From time-to time OGS will conduct or bring in a qualified leader to host a clinic pertaining to the sport at hand.  Coaches will be informed of the clinics during the Coaches' Meeting.
