Coach Requirements

OGS CODE OF CONDUCT:

One Goal Sports coaches are required to honor the OGS code of conduct.  Coaches who fall short of this requirement may be required to meet with the OGS Program Director and/or an OGS Board Member.

OGS COACH'S MEETING:

One Goal Sports coaches are required to attend the Mandatory pre-season Coaches Meeting to collect all necessary items pertaining to the season.  This is also a time to learn about updates, changes, and expectations for coaching within One Goal Sports. The Coaches Meeting is usually scheduled two (2) tuesdays before the scheduled Uniform Night for the season (please reference the sport of choice to learn when the Uniform Night is scheduled).  Once you have registered to coach, OGS will email you the Coaches Meeting time and location for for the age division that you are coaching.

OGS BACKGROUND CHECK AND CONCUSSION TRAINING:

All One Goal Sports coaches must successfully pass an annual background check and complete the state mandated concussion training before being approved as an OGS coach.
