Description

This clinic offers speed, agility & quickness combined with technical and tactical shooting training that gives players a variety of ways to score. This unique combination of themes will offer players a creative training environment to develop speed and agility in realistic situations in front of the goal.

The clinic will include elements of:

• Sprinting speed
• Reaction speed and first step quickness
• Agility speed including rapid starts, stops and changes of direction
• Power and placement shots
• Bending shots
• Aerial shooting (headers and volleys)
• Shooting situations

6 Sessions
Boys Clinic – Thursdays: Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14
Girls Clinic – Thursdays: Feb 21, 28, Mar 7, 14, 21, 28
6:00-7:30PM

Clinic Fee: $112
Minimum deposit: $20 (can pay balance over time)
