Just to make sure everyone gets their photo pre-orders complete
(and your free wallets)
1) Use this link to access the ideal photos website:
2) Click on the "Order Form" link
3) Chose whichever package you want
- Personally, I have really liked their "Digital Memory Mate" image
- Which is a 8" x 10" combo photo w/ an individual and team image
- If your interested, this can be found in the "Package Specials" as item "C":
(It's not really a package, just a single image, but that's where they keep it)
4) After selecting the image(s) you want, click on your "Shopping Cart"
5) Once in your Shopping Cart, make sure you have all the pictures you want for this player
- You should also see your 4 free wallets
6) Click on "Proceed to Check-Out"
- If you are getting images for multiple players, you'll be able to combine your orders later
7) Enter this player's information and your shipping information
- Click on "proceed to checkout"
9) If your only ordering pictures for 1 player, at this point your done
- Confirm the order by clicking on the box ahead of the player's name
- Click on the "Finish & Pay"
- Skip to step 15) below
10) If you are ordering another player's pictures, click on the "Add another order"
11) Repeat steps 2 - 6 above
- Note: Your shopping cart is only going to show the image you are ordering for this next player
They will be combined in a later step
12) Enter this player's information and your shipping information
Be sure to enter the correct player information on this order
(Ex. I inputted Donovan on the 1st order, my second order is for his younger brother Patrick)
- Click on "proceed to checkout"
13) Now you should see your combined orders
- If this completes your order, then you are done
- Confirm your orders by clicking on the boxes ahead of all the players' names
- Click on the "Finish & Pay"
- Skip to step 15) below
14) If you have yet another player's pictures to order, click on the "Add another order" again
- Repeat steps 2-6 above again, and steps 12-13
15) Enter your payment method
- Click on "Complete the Purchase"
16) When confirmed, you will receive e-mails w/ your purchase receipt and picture day tickets
- Be sure to bring a print out of these tickets and provide to the photographer
That's it, you should be all set for your pictures
