1st Game for the Pink Unicorns is in the book

The mighty Pink Unicorns gutted out a hot and sticky victory with a 5-2 win.  Logan Burke shows off his oversized right foot and scored 3 goals and Logan Voegele 2, one on a great breakaway goal.  Levi Miller had an unbelievable challenge and stop in the 4th quarter at goal.  Pierce, John, and Paul (we need a Ringo and a George) played great defense getting the ball outside and away from our goal.  Rob was a thief robbing the other team of the ball in the midfield and Trey was always around the ball and moving it up the field.  He passes it off to Jason on the left side who was constantly trying to get the ball closer and closer to that goal.  Sebastian was owning the sideline and working the pull back like a master.  Brennan I am pretty sure has learned to tie his shoe by now but played great back at D preventing them from getting behind him to try for the equalizer.  Caden was able to make the stops and move the ball up the field and did a great job in the 3rd quarter being in his spot to take the ball out of our side of the field to give the defense a rest.  Overall a great first game from the Pink Unicorns.  Thanks to Coach Paul for keeping it light on the sideline.
