******CONDITIONING******
KYFA will be conducting free conditioning camps starting on Tuesday July 11th! 6:30-7:30PM.
The purpose of conditioning is to begin to introduce your player to the physical rigors of football and get acclimated to the heat. Speed, agility, & endurance will be emphasized. Conditioning is especially recommended for first time players. Conditioning will be held on the following dates:
Tuesday July 11th
Thursday July 13th
Tuesday July 18th
Thursday July 20th
6:30-7:30PM
Parents come out and walk/run the track and get your conditioning in as well! For those who may be interested in football but not sure it's a good time to come out and see what we're all about. Bring a friend! We're looking forward to a great year.
