Phil has been with the board since 2011, Starting out as Web & Communications Director for a few years, then Vice President & field director for a few more years. Phil holds the USSF E-license. Since 2004 he has coached Recreational Soccer, multiple travel teams and has been an assistant coach and manager for a local premier club. Phil’s progressive attitude has benefited the club by recently introducing portable lights to our fields, logistically scheduling trainers, and creating flexible game scheduling for all our teams, with the introduction and adoption of google sheets. Additionally, under Phil's leadership, SCN supports the community with the development of 2 new winter training programs and 2 new summer camps, which help fund a new leadership based high-school scholarship fund. Recent accomplishments have been the development of multi-tier sponsorship package offering in order to continue to keep club costs low for the community.

Mollie Rusczyk began volunteering with the Soccer Club of Newington in 2016 as Team Manager for her daughter’s Recreation team. She joined the Board of Directors as the Boys Recreation Director in 2017. Mollie looks forward to partnering with coaches and team managers to enhance the parent and player experience with the Soccer Club of Newington.

Paul has been an active member of the Soccer Club of Newington community since 2015. As a coach, he has been instrumental in the development of Girls players from Ages 8 to 12. Now, as Web and App Director for the SCN, he hopes to increase communication and access to various programs provided by SCN.
