Playing Up:

To be eligible to play up to an older age group, you MUST attend the evaluation session of the age group you are attempting to play up to, no exceptions. Playing up to an older age group is allowed only if you qualify in the top 10% of the evaluated players at that age group and that age group requires additional players to create a certain number of teams, or to balance out the number of players on team rosters. When registering your player, you should register for the age level you are eligible to play at and indicate in the "notes" section of the registration form that you will be attending evaluations for an older age group. Players who evaluate for an older age group and do not qualify, will be placed on a team at their designated age group. Under no circumstances will a player be allowed to play up to an age group that is more than two levels higher than their age appropriate level.

House Baseball Evaluations:

Players signing up to play in the 10U, 12U, 13U or 15U house league are encouraged to attend a player evaluation session. Evaluation sessions are designed to rate each players skills in fielding, throwing and batting. Evaluations will be used to divide the players into teams attempting to make the skill level on each team as equal as possible. Evaluations are scheduled to be held March 30, 2019 at Jackson Middle School in Champlin.

Coaches

The only way the CDAA baseball program is successful is because we have been fortunate to have adults willing to volunteer their time to coach. If you are interested in coaching a house baseball team, please volunteer to do so as you register and see the coaches pages on the website.
