Offer the players some technical, tactical, and physical preparation for the high school season in an organized and effective training environment

- Combination of technical training & tactical training (with elements of speed, agility etc)
- Functional (position specific) training will be incorporated into the program

- Each daily session will move from basic to complex, technical to tactical, small to big
