HSF members who wish to participate in any Maui Futsal program MUST do so under the guidlines set forth by Maui Futsal and US Futsal including, but not limited to, member registration, policies, fees, or other requirements.
Hawaii Futsal and Maui Futsal leagues and tournaments are US Futsal sanctioned programs and share the following basic protocol for complying with US Futsal registration requirements. Please be advised that fees collected for US FUTSAL MEMBERSHIP are separate from and
Do Not include any LEAGUE or TOURNAMENT FEES.
US Futsal Online Registration
Only registered US Futsal "Coaches" or "Instructors" may add or manage an existing or new team in any US Futsal league or tournament competition. Team representatives tasked with player registration may use the coaches ID to facilitate the online process. Only coaches and players with passcards will be allowed in the technical area.
STEP 1: (Click on the following link to register.) COACH ON-LINE REGISTRATION (Returning -New Coaches)
You MUST register as a Coach and get your Coach ID number before being able to register a team on- line! A fee of $20 shall be accessed. Membership with US Futsal is required once per year (8-1 to 7-31). This provides each registered coach with general liability, secondary medical coverage and coaches passcard.
STEP 2: (Click on the following link to register.) TEAM ON-LINE REGISTRATION (Add a team)
You MUST register a team and get your team ID and password before being able to add players.
STEP 3: (Click on the following link to register.) PLAYER ON-LINE REGISTRATION (Add players to a team)
Once you receive a Team ID and password use the player on-line registration link above to begin adding players to your team. A fee of $9 per youth player and $14 per adult player shall be assessed. Membership with US Futsal is required once per year (8-1 to 7-31). This provides each player with general liability, secondary medical coverage and player passcard.
NOTE: Step 3 will require knowledge of player/parent information. Paper Membership Applications are available for
download in the Resource Links section on the right hand side of this page. Use these forms to collect the proper
information needed to complete the online process.
STEP 4: Collect any additional paperwork deemed necessary by the online registration system from your players and save in a team file in case of inquiry by the league.
