PARENTS:  Since this is our first year using online registration, you will have to create a user ID.  After creating an ID this season, you can register in the future as a "Returning User." Coaches are needed for both basketball and cheerleading.  A coaches application must be on file, as well as a background check.  If you are willing to coach, please download the appropriate forms below by clicking the links and mail to or bring by the church office. Referees are needed for all basketball leagues.  The rules for Upward Basketball are slightly different than regular basketball.  Referees must go through a personal background check and Upward Referee training.  If you are interested in being a referee, contact the church office at 904-264-2351 or email here. Check out TeamUpward!  This interactive site for kids is safe, fun and gives kids some insight into what we teach them at Upward practices.  At evaluations, children will receive their login code and each week a new code will be given out to enable them to move through the site.  To see TeamUpward, click here!

Registration is now fully automated online, complete with options to pay online as well.  However, if you choose to pay with check or cash, you still can.  Just complete the registration online and when it comes to payment type, select "Check/Cash."  You can bring your money by the church office during the week (Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm) or mail it to the church at the address given to the right.  Be sure to indicate the payment is for Upward.
